My personal responsibilities over the past 17 years include managing over 100 units here in Springfield, 26 employees at a single property in Chicago, oversight of over 8 million dollars in capital repair projects working with architects, engineers and contractors, as well as the daily property management and accounting responsibilities.
Our goal is to provide unmatched property management services in the Springfield and the surrounding areas.

Our team of professionals possesses extensive property management experience and an owner’s mentality approach which allows our clients to feel comfortable their asset is not only being protected but enhanced. We are devoted to creating a healthy, safe and productive work environment for tenants; thus allowing the property owner to focus on the tasks surrounding their core business.
Coordinating property management activities requires daily hands-on attention. Our property management services are all-inclusive, allowing the Land of Lincoln Property Management Team the ability to ensure your asset is being managed efficiently.

Property inspections/Arrange for general maintenance & repairs/Respond to emergencies & mobilization of response teams/Monitor expenses for best value from vendors/Pay invoices bi-monthly/Provide income & expense statements and associated reports for the operating account/Provide reports to your tax adviser.
We believe that by providing property management for our clients, we not only manage the property, we provide them with more time in their day for other ventures whether those are business ventures or adventures with their family.
Our leasing process starts out with me visiting the property to give a fair market value and suggesting any possible needs/updates. Once the property is ready for marketing, I will take pictures and create the marketing ad that is placed on several internet sites. These sites are Zumper.com, my professional Facebook Page, 14 different ad sites on Facebook and Craigslist. I can also put a FOR RENT sign in the property's yard. Once the marketing is up and running, I will field calls with prospects and schedule viewings. If they decide to move forward, I will start the leasing approval process. That process is stated below in Leasing Information.

If you are to be on the lease in addition to the rental application a credit check/background check is required at a cost of $35.00 per adult. We will also call landlords for a rental verification which means you must have at least one year of rental history with being on a lease. We call jobs to verify you are full time employed. We accept pensions, disability, social security and child support (you must be able to show documentation) as long as you meet the income requested.
